Do Men Must Use Barbells, Dumbbells, Or Machines To Build Muscle

To many, running is the best form of exercise. The whole body gets activated when you are running, every muscle is in working, and the plus point is that it like a mobile gym. Wherever you go this gym goes with you. Does this whole true for muscle building too? If we learn about some body-physics, we might be able to do what we can do through gym.

Pullup:

Scientists and even the lifters agree that this is the most natural, and scientifically agile natural exercise. It is the best muscle builder for your upper body. It forces your back and arms to carry your whole body mass. Pullup mainly focus on the back muscles.

Lunge:

The lunge is a weight training exercise that is used to strengthen your hamstrings muscles. There are many different types of lunges. All focus on different regions on the hamstrings.

Work More Physically, Get More Muscle:
The more you work, the more you get muscles. Its an easy way around. Body joints act as small machines with levers. Now think of lifter who lifts small weights. If he/she lifts it 10 times, its easy for him. If he/she lifts 20 times, it gives a feel of heaviness. If he/she lifts it 50 times in a row, it would be hell of a task for him/her to finish. Likewise the more you work in your day to day life, the more muscle you gain.

Don't Store Elastic Energy In You body:

Elastic energy is the energy that is used when your body is in a position where it can bounce it back to its original position, thereby reducing the workload in the muscles. So its best if you release this energy first when you are about to bounce so that your muscles can take the toil for bounce. You can release it by staying in the same elastic position for 4 seconds before you bounce. For example in situps, you can stay for 4 seconds after doing 100 situps. You can use this 4 second pause in any exercise, just you have to figure out when you will be storing the elastic energy.

Have less contact with the floor:

When you are doing pushups its good to place one feet a bit high from the ground. This way you will strengthen your muscle according to following rule:
The smaller the percentage of an object's surface area that's touching a solid base, the less stable that object is. That's why SUVs are prone to rolling, and tall transmission towers need guy wires. Fortunately, humans have a built-in stabilization system: muscles. And by forcing that internal support system to kick in -- by making your body less stable -- you'll make any exercise harder, while activating dozens more muscles.
Thanks and Cheers
