Energy Conservation! Whats realistic?

Its unrealistic to tell nations to independently focus on and take steps in energy conservation. International leadership must ensure it to happen. Why energy conservation is important, is not the issue at hand. Obviously the best one can think about the depleting resources is to conserve them instead of just focus of finding new ones.

The best of the best and concentrated energy reservoirs are in the countries who don't have social, political, and industrial infrastructure to focus on energy conservation. So instead of just asking these countries to visit the energy conservation site and copy the standards, a lead in terms of international leadership effort must action itself.

The standards must come with a plan for action. Just like the imposition of sanctions on WMDs by UN, there must be some kind of imposition of sanctions on the developed countries on this part. Else instead of traversing the imperialism approach for energy capture, international leadership should force itself to rely on its own energy sources and should cooperate with other advanced nations to make a plan to make full benefit of the energy resources of the underdeveloped countries.

The approach should be like subcontractor APPROACH, being employed by Americans, in Iraq and Afghanistan should be taken by the UN or some collaboration. Here the variables regarding the benefit of all should be taken into consideration. Many countries will not oppose this approach if international leadership abandon the coarse of imperialism and take the coarse of collaboration for energy conservation.

So, we will ask the same question again. IS THERE A WAY FOR INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP TO GAIN THE BENEFITS OF ENERGY CAPTURE WHILE WORKING ON ENERGY CONSERVATION OF OTHER INDEPENDENT NATIONS?

Surely its debatable, but its doable.

Cheers
